About Alexander!

Alexander is drawn towards work that explores the spectrum of the human condition. From parody musicals to dramas, he strives to be a conduit of storytelling through which audiences can laugh, learn, and ultimately leave with a little more love than what they came in with.

Born and raised in Annapolis, MD, he went on to earn his BFA in Musical Theatre at the University of Utah. Since embarking on his professional career, Alexander has gone on to sing with Aida Cruise Lines, act with the Metropolitan Opera, make people laugh Off-Broadway as Cosmo in “Singfeld!”, and has also written and self-produced his own work on New York City stages. Most recently, Alexander performed as Burrs in Andrew Lippa’s “Wild Party” with Opera House Theatre Company in Wilmington, NC.

“McConkie-May is a ringer who Opera House brought in from New York, and he’s even better than you might expect with top-notch vocals, and a take on Burrs that teeters between cockiness and insecurity.”
